Fees
Price list of operational fees and rent rates including Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable at the 'Targpiast' market in Wrocław, Obornicka Street 235-237, from 01.04.2024.
Based on the market regulations and the resolution of the Board of 'Targpiast' Sp. z o.o. in Wrocław No. 01.03.2024 of 06.03.2024, the following rates of operational fees and rent are introduced at the market:
Section I. Entrance Fee
Point No. 1
a) Daily fees for one stand in places designated for the sale of non-processed food products, as well as fruits and vegetables of domestic production, made by producers, and the fee for entry and stay, for each started day, on the market's premises for vehicles belonging to entities introducing non-processed food products as well as fruits and vegetables of domestic production to the market for other entities operating on the market are as follows:

b) Exceeding the boundary of the stand designated for sale from vehicles mentioned in point 1.a) and which, due to their additional equipment, require occupying a larger area, is subject to an additional fee corresponding to the amount of the fee for one stand;
c) In particularly justified cases such as: market reorganization, investment and renovation works, as well as other important reasons, the Market Manager may designate the size of stands designated for sale from vehicles mentioned in point 1 a) and specify the amount of the fee for the occupied stand regardless of the type of vehicle from which the sale will be made.

Section II
1) Payment of the operational fee and rent does not exempt from liability for the violation of order regulations.
2) Violation of order regulations results in the obligation to pay an additional fee, the maximum amount of which is three times the daily rate specified in Section I points 1-3.
