Information clause regarding video surveillance on the premises of the wholesale market "Targpiast"

This information is provided to fulfill the obligation arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)

The monitoring is conducted by Targpiast Sp. z o.o. to ensure public safety and order, as well as the protection of persons and property on the premises of the wholesale market "Targpiast" in Wrocław, ul. Each person who may be subject to monitoring has the right to:

• • information about the existence of monitoring on the premises of the wholesale market "Targpiast"
• • access to recordings in legally justified cases
• • request the removal of data concerning them
• • anonymization of their image on recorded images and/or removal of personal data concerning them
• • processing of data for a limited time

The administrator of personal data responsible for ensuring the security of the video surveillance system and processing personal data obtained in this way is the Management Board of Targpiast Sp. z o.o.

The surveillance camera images are stored on the hard drive of a computer. The system automatically deletes old images and reuses disk space. In such a system, the retention period for recordings obtained as a result of monitoring does not exceed 30 days. Surveillance recordings are not archived, with the proviso that recordings that may be used by authorized institutions during the performance of their statutory duties, including proceedings conducted by these authorities, may be stored longer - until the matter is clarified or the relevant proceedings are concluded.
